Cookeville Boat Dock is a family friendly marina located on Center Hill Lake.
We offer yearly dockage, boat and gear rentals, pro shop, mechanical services, and a floating restaurant.
Family owned and operated for over fifty years, we’re here because we love Center Hill Lake and want to share it with you.
If you are looking for a relaxing day on the lake, our new Leisure Kraft pontoon boats are for you. Our boats are 24ft long, with a 115hp 4-stroke motor, a Bimini top and plush seating for a maximum of 10 people.
We also have kayaks and SUP (stand up paddleboards) available for daily rentals.
Conveniently located on the water, you can find anything from a cold drink to a new wakeboard.
Our fully stocked shop features brands like O’Brien, Hyperlite, Costa Del Mar and other leaders in water sports products at competitive prices.
We also have a service department specializing in Mercruiser engines and Westerbeke Generators with personnel on staff Monday through Friday.
Drive down or boat up and enjoy a meal with a beautiful view from our floating restaurant.
Our menu includes something for every taste- pizza, burgers, homemade pie, ice cold sweet tea, and fresh salads, just to name a few.

All houseboat slips are uncovered. Small boat slips are available in two sizes:
